These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from, under or in connection with these Terms shall be first subject to online dispute resolution platforms, mediation, customer support teams and in failure of which legal action under the relevant and extant laws as applicable within the jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Nigeria may be resorted to.
