NGBUKA Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within three (3) working days of the date of product delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, is required.

2. Return Process

• Provide details of your order, the product description, and the item(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for the return.
• Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

3. Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-15 working days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team for assistance.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Force Majeure

If this agreement cannot be performed due to force majeure, the responsibility shall be exempted in part or in whole according to the influence of force majeure.
